Universal switch panels can fit various headliner mount applications.

 “Universal Switch Panels” and sizes:

Most all switch panels will require 1-1/2” of depth for the switch housings and wiring, which would be “inside”/behind the headliner, so you’ll need to check for any obstacles behind the headliner so the switch panel can sit flush. 

The smallest switch panel is a tapered switch panel (wider at the top and tapers down at the bottom). 
Size is:
6-5/8" x 6-1/8” x 1-1/2” wide

 A “medium” sized universal switch panel that is also used in Ford Ranger trucks. These switch panels are 100% rectangular in size and is not “tapered” Sizes available sizes are: 

8-1/4” x 1-1/2”  

8-1/4" x 2” 

Other Tapered Sizes (Used in some of the F-150 trucks):
8-1/2” x 7 1/4” x 1-1/2”
9-1/2” x 8-1/4” x 1-1/2”
9-5/8” x 8-1/2” x 2”
