 KustomFX Extended Tour Pack Filler Pad 

Fitment: Direct replacement for: 

2014 & newer Harley Davidson Tri Glide Trikes .... and also, two wheeled touring bikes.

These extended Tour Pack filler pads are 2” longer than stock and are perfect for filling that excessive gap in between the seat and tour pack. 

These gaps get too large for the OEM filler pad to cover especially when adding a Tour Pack "relocation kit".....Even at 2” or 3” further back from stock, these new extended filler pads cover that gap perfectly! 

(And ESPECIALLY if it’s a Tri Glide trike, this extended tour pack pad covers up all the ugly wiring and electrical connections behind the seat too).

These are a direct replacement for OEM part number: 53000307 used from 2014- current. These will bolt in the exact same holes (9-1/2” distance) if you already have a factory/OEM filler pad installed on your tour pack. 

New Stainless Steel hardware is included, ….but you can certainly reuse the OEM hardware if you desire. 

For customers who installed an aftermarket Tour pack and do not have a filler pad installed, these will also work, but drilling two (2) holes will be required. Again, Stainless Steel hardware is included. 

This also applies to anyone who has a 2013 & older bike… you will also need to drill two (2) holes.

This new Extended Filler pad is made locally and is 100% USA made …with all USA made materials! 

A custom Die was made just for these for the perfect shape and curvature that is the same as OEM, but is overall 2” longer. 

It’s made from a very high quality marine grade vinyl which also has foam inside to help retain its overall shape.
